Fadi Fattal appointed Group Director of Imax Media

IMAX Media Group (IMG) President and CEO, Mr Maxwell Techie, has appointed Mr Fadi Fattal as Group Director, responsible for Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Events and Promotions.

Over the years, IMAX Media Group has grown into becoming a leading electronic media brand in Ghana, having under its wings
the number one terrestrial sports network, MAX TV, a local language (Twi) entertainment channel, ADEPA TV, which is currently
on the StarTimes platform, and MAX FM with operations in Accra and Takoradi.

An important member of the IMAX Media Group is StarTimes, the Chinese pay satellite television service which runs an 'Over The
Top' (OTT) Mobile Live TV App streaming platform with over three million subscriber base.

IMAX Media Group acquired the exclusive rights for the 2019/20 season English Premier League games on ‘Free To Air' in Ghana,
other European and international friendlies and major European football leagues.

In partnership with StarTimes, IMG is managing the production of the Ghana Premier League and FA Cup, leveraging a state-of-
the-art Digital Outside Broadcast Van (DOBV) which output is currently delighting Ghanaians on both terrestrial and satellite
platforms worldwide.

Mr Maxwell Techie, President and CEO, IMAX Media Group, said: "We are delighted to welcome Mr Fadi Fattal. He has an

In his role, Mr Fattal will have overall responsibility for IMG's business development, sales, marketing, events, promotion and
communications, including supporting the Group CEO and other Senior Executives in achieving the overall goal and profitability.
