Newly-signed Aduana Stars coach, Kenichi Yatsuhashi, could see his first assignment with the club in their crucial CAF Confederation Cup game with DR Congo side, Vita Club.
Kenichi is expected to lead the Ghana Premier League champions who have named an 18-man squad ahead of their their crunch encounter with the Congolese side at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park at Dormaa-Ahenkro on July 18.
It will be the Japanese trainer's first test as Aduana look to revive their continental campaign in their third group game.
Aduana named on the club's Twitter handle a squad comprising their captain skipper, Emmanuel Akuoko, Derrick Sasraku, Nathaniel Asamoah, Zakaria Mumuni, Gockel Ahortor, Noah Martey, Elvis Opoku and Bright Agyei.
Other players named are Tijani Ahmed, Joseph Addo, Farouk Adams, Caleb Amankwaa, Paul Aidoo, Justice Anane, Abdul Rashid, Anokye Badu, Emmanuel Boateng and Sam Adams.
Aduana are bottom of the Group A log with one point from two games and need a win against leaders Vita Club, unbeaten in two games with four points.
