Bournemouth goalkeeper Joseph Oluwabusola has made a choice of Nigeria over England for the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Brazil.
Oluwabusola is one of three goalkeepers Nigeria is taking to the U-17 World Cup which kicks off on Saturday.
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that he opted to represent Nigeria over England because he was keen to know his roots, learn first hand the cultural diversity of Nigeria with an open mind and wanted to add value to Nigeria football.
Born in Goodmayes, Essex, England, Oluwabusola's first visit to Nigeria was in 2018 when he attended Nigeria U17 training camp before the WAFU-UFOA Zone B qualifiers for the Africa Cup of Nations.
The 16-year-old is however still eligible to play for either England or Nigeria on international level.
