The Normalisation Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) will pay an official visit to the Black Queens and Black Maidens at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence at Prampram on Thursday.
This was revealed by the Vice President of the committee, Mrs Lucy Quist, at a press conference held at the Swiss Spirit Alisa Hotel in Accra on Wednesday.
The visit is to Prampram afford members of the committee an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the two female national teams and also motivate them as they prepare for their respective international assignments next month.
The Queens will participate in the 2018 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (AWCON) slated for Accra and Cape Coast from November 17 to December 1.
The Maidens, on the other hand, will represent the nation at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Uruguay from November 13 to December 1.
The Queens are handled by Coach Bashir Hayford, while Coach Evans Adotey is in charge of the Maidens.
Ghana will host the AWCON draw at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra on Sunday evening.
