Liverpool forward, Mohamed Salah, trained with the rest of his teammates on Monday after an injury scare in their game against Tottenham according to reports by Sky Sports.
Salah who returned to the sating team for the game after missing their draw against Manchester United last week, left the field in the latter stages to be replaced by defender Joe Gomez, and was seen quickly applying a huge pack of ice to his left ankle on the sidelines.
The reports claimed that the Egyptian was involved in the first team's light recovery training session at Melwood, less than 24 hours after the match, thus quashing fears of his injury after the Spurs win.
“No. It's the ankle, the ankle he has struggled with since Leicester game. It is good,” Klopp said. “The longer the game goes, you get tired and you get a knock and feel it more and it makes no sense to push it through.”
Salah is said to have picked the knock-in their game against Leicester a fortnight ago after a reckless challenge by Hamza Choudhury in the closing stages.
