Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed that he is preparing for the title showdown against Manchester City by taking his mind off the tie.
The Premier League's top two teams will go head to head on Sunday November 10 at the Anfield Stadium with the winner staking a huge claim on who will win the title.
Liverpool currently hold a massive six-point advantage over City after their unbeaten start to the season that has seen them lose points only to Manchester United.
Klopp revealed that he has not spent time thinking about the City fixture when talking to his players at half time in the clash against Aston Villa, "I never thought a second about the Man City game and the Aston Villa game together.
"I never thought, ‘OK, you should win that, because maybe we lose next week and then we are on a level [points] or whatever.’
"As yet, I have no clue about any Premier League results from other teams, I didn’t ask, it was not too important."
