Dogboe, Commey high in weekly ranking

WBO super bantamweight world champion, Isaac Dogboe, has been ranked as the best junior featherweight boxer in the weekly rankings by

The 24-year-old beat other outstanding boxers in the same category, including Rey Vargas, Daniel Roman, and TJ Doheny, who followed in that order.

Incidentally, Jessie Magdaleno, whom he defeated in April to win the world title has been ranked fifth, a much better position than his upcoming challenger, Emanuel Navarrete, who is ranked 10th.

Ryosuke Iwasa, Shingo Wake, Diego De La Hoya and Franklin Manzanilla are all ranked ahead of Dogboe’s upcoming challenger.

Richard Commey was also rated the sixth best boxer in the lightweight ranking, with Vasyl Lomachenko leading the pack, followed by Mikey Garcia, Jose Pedraza, Robert Easter Jr and Luke Campell.

The Ghanaian pugilist was ranked better than Anthony Crolla, Raymundo Beltran, Yvan Mendy and Francesco Patera who followed in that order.

Renowned boxer, Manny Pacquaio, and Amir Khan were ranked fourth and ninth respectively in the welterweight category, with Errol Spencer Jr ranked as the ultimate ahead of Shawn Porter, Terence Crawford.

Pacquiao, who is aiming to fight Adrien “The Problem” Broner of the United States in January, came ahead of Danny Garcia, Kudratillo Abdukakhorov, Yordenis Ugas and Jessie Vargas who followed in that order, while Khan and Thomas Dulorme complete the pack.

Anthony Joshua rules the heavyweight category ahead of rival, Deontay Wilder, followed by Dillian Whyte, Luis Ortiz, Alexander Povetkin, and Jarrell Miller.

More disappointing was Dereck Chisora and Tyson Fury who were ranked seventh and eighth respectively, with Joseph Parker and Adam Kownacki finishing the pack.
