Spyy Entertainment signs Yaw Jus, official unveiling on Feb.28
Four years of being an underground artiste, Afrobeats and Highlife artiste, Yaw Jus is set to be officially unveiled as a signee of Spyy Entertainment at a listening party scheduled for February 28, 2025, at 7 PM at Shocks Hub, Takoradi Mall.
The event will also mark the outdooring of his first single, Nobody Dey, under the management of Spyy Entertainment.
Spyy Entertainment is a leading showbiz and artiste management company established in 2016. Recognised by MUSIGA as a Music Business Partner, the label focuses on music production, event management and artiste promotion.
The company is led by its founder and CEO, John Asamoah Assasie, an entrepreneur and media expert with a strong background in marketing, PR and international relations
Jus' new song combines African beats with meaningful lyrics, making it a great listen for music fans.
Yaw Jus is admired for his versatility, seamlessly fusing Afrobeats, Highlife and Rap, which has earned him a solid following in the Western Region.
In 2022, he was nominated for New Artiste of the Year at the Western Music Awards.
He also founded the Kwesimintsim To The World Concert in 2021, an annual event sponsored by Spyy Entertainment, which he has consistently headlined.
Looking ahead, the Afrobeats artiste plans to release three more singles in 2025.
He told Graphic Showbiz, “the goal is to make a lasting impact in the industry and I have been working towards that these past years. I will be releasing three new songs this year.”
Yaw Jus has performed at notable concerts such as Made In Tadi Concert, Kasapreko Plc's Takoradi Alomo Fest, Skyy Carnival, Dope Nation's Dope Concert – Beach Party Edition in 2023, Miss Western Grand Final, Cowbell Family Fanfair's Takoradi Edition (2024), Effia Carnival, among others.
