Party time on Good Friday

All roads will lead to the Kona Cafe and Grill in Osu on Good Friday, March 25, when it hosts one of the biggest parties to mark the Easter festivities.

The party dubbed, Hennessy Insta Party and organised by House of Maseela and Hennessy will see some of the best DJs from the capital take turns to thrill jammers to some of the great tunes making waves in both Ghana and outside the shores of the country.

The party, according to the organisers, is also expected to re-introduce the Kona Cafe and Grill pub to patrons who love to have good times after a hard day’s work.

Speaking to Showbiz on Monday, the manager of the pub, Aaron Dates, said the party is just a “thank you” package to their loyal customers for the past year.

He said, “in this competitive market that they find ourselves, it’s only right to make our customers feel special and be a part of a “success story”.

“It’s been a year of bringing nothing short of good entertainment packages to our clients and this year, we hope to take the excitement to a new level. That dream inspired us to organise this party to get close to those who have helped sustain us for the past months.

“Aside that, it is also a platform to attract new customers who are not aware of the services we render,” he stated.

Apart from music that is expected to flow at the 8:00 pm show, the party has other side attractions such as photo shoots with celebrities who will pass through.

The House of Maasela, an event company, has been credited with organising some of the best club parties in the capital and the Hennessy Insta Party is just one of its handiworks.
