The most popular face on Ghana’s exclusively entertainment television GH-One is undoubtedly the “small”  man widely known as Aboagye from his debut television appearance in the hit TV series, Taxi Driver.

He has been a talented voice over artiste, MC, TV host/presenter, writer and producer. He has produced shows including It Takes 2 , Stars Of The Future , The Challenge, Goodlife Game Show and the prestigious Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Festival.

Naa Ashorkor Mensah-Doku

At the 2010 Africa Movie Academy Awards, she won Best Actress for her role in The Perfect Picture. She’s no doubt one of Ghana’s finest presenters having taken off  as a guest on a youth programme New Generation, on TV Africa. She later presented Day Break Entertainment and eventually became a co-host on TV Africa variety show Sounds Splash.

Naa believes in professionalism and hardwork and shows a great deal of commitment in all her endeavours.

Godfred Laryea

Popularly known as Black Boy, Godfred is a charismatic, dynamic and entertaining radio and television presenter with a vast experience in the entertainment industry.

He worked with Radio Univers, presenting many shows like Space Jam,  Night Universe and a lot more. Black Boy has also worked with Joy FM and Choice FM, and is the host of the 2131 Banging hiphop radio show.

On TV, he was the first host of 4 Syte TV, and hosted a number of shows in the United States and the United Kingdom. He has had interview encounters with Akon, Nattan, Sway, B.B. Winnace, Sister Sledge, Mario, Bow Wow, Basket Mouth, P Square and others.

Amanda Jissih  

She is the pretty, talented and seductive TV and radio presenter who is no stranger to the entertainment industry in GH. She started her entertainment career with Choice FM as a presenter then later moved on to Hitz FM. In acting, Mandy has played in movies like Sinking Sands, Ties that Bind and the hilarious Wofa K TV series.

Amanda Jissih is also a voice over artiste with a lot of radio and television commercials to her credit. She is also into artiste management and has managed Buk Bak and other musicians. Mandy Jay, as she’s affectionately called has done exclusive interviews with renowned celebrities including Bow Wow, Akon, Jay Z,  and Sean Paul.

Deborah Vanessa

In 2004, she was crowned first runner-up of the second season of Miss Malaika Ghana and since then her proclivity for success has been rewarded with success in all her endeavours.

Known as a fashion icon and presenter in Ghana, she graces the screen with her artistry, eloquence and bubbling sense of humour. She emulated the footsteps of her brother (Wanluv) and tried her hands on music; her single Uncle Obama was an instant hit.

She has  ridden on the success of her hit song and graced stages both locally and internationally and even earned an interview spot on CNN during United States of America 2012 elections.

Sammy Bartels

Versatile, vivacious and intelligent. Sammy Bartels has wide sporting contacts locally and internationally and is responsible, together with his team, for keeping sports fans glued to GhOne for the one hour duration of the bi-weekly sports show, The Game, Mondays 9pm and Saturdays at 1pm.  

Bartels has built an impressive resume in radio and TV since starting out at Radio Univers and in the last few years he’s worked as BBC World Service Country Correspondent for Ghana, host of the respected Citi Breakfast Show, produced and anchored the Viasat 1 Champions league show, commentator for the erstwhile Gateway Broadcast Services and sports analyst and anchor.

In 2007, Media Trust honoured Bartels as the best young sports journalist in Ghana.  

Berla Addardey

Eloquent, beautiful, intelligent and multi-talented; best words to describe confident Berla.  

The liveliness with which she controls the waves every Monday to Thursday on Rythmz from 12noon to 2pm makes her a delight to watch alongside her guru black partner, Black Boy.

Her truest and deepest faculty is that suave in entertainment news which she delivers with a touch of brilliance on the daily buzz and her weekly entertainment news show, Omnibuzz which airs every Sunday at 3:30pm.

Call her the diva of daytime TV and you wouldn’t be wrong.
