Opaabene tackles witchcraft on ‘Efie Beyie’
Witchcraft is not what many would love to talk about in their music but up-and-coming highlife musician, Opaabene K.B has decided to take that issue on his single called Efie Beyie.
He has recorded another single titled True Love, both of which were recorded at Mix Man Recording Studio based at Awoshie Amangoase in Accra.
Efie Beyie, which is in the highlife vein, is a testimony about how he was delivered from the powers of witchcraft.
It talks about how most people under the influence of the powers of darkness, make others suffer through no fault of theirs.

It admonishes people to be weary of those who show them love in public but who could still be the cause of their woes.
True Love departs from the “spiritual things” and talks about how wonderful it is for people to be in love.
It is about a man professing his love for a woman whom he claims he cannot live without and how important it is to reciprocate love and hold on to it.
“I know most people know about witchcraft powers but I want people to know that there is a greater power in Jesus. I want to acknowledge the greatness of God and for saving me,” he told Showbiz last week.
Real name Kofi Boadu, Opaabene K.B first released a song in 2007 titled Mo Mma Yenfa Odo. He, however, could not promote it well due to ill health.
