Stanchart Regional CEO pays working visit to Ghana – Reinforces commitment to Ghana
The Regional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Africa and Middle East for Standard Chartered Group, Sunil Kaushal, has reinforced the bank’s commitment to continue facilitating business and economic growth in Ghana.

He said Ghana has always been a market with immense growth opportunities, underpinned by expansion of inclusive financial services and evolving technological infrastructure and for decades, the bank has supported the economic growth and businesses in the country to deliver on their ambitions.
In a release issued by the bank on Friday, it said, experts have posited that Ghana’s financial journey cannot be written without Standard Chartered as the bank’s history is interwoven with the progress made in the country’s economic advancement over the years.
“These themes came out of the varied engagements and sessions held during a working visit by the Regional CEO for Africa and Middle East for Standard Chartered Group to Ghana last week,” it said.
“During his two-day stay in Ghana, Mr Kaushal met with clients of the bank and engaged key stakeholders including the Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta and the Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr Ernest Addison,” it added.
