I-Zone honours staff
The Board and management of I-Zone Limited, distributors of MTN products and services, have recognised the efforts of its hardworking staff at an end-of-year get-together in Accra.
In all, 22 members of staff at both the headquarters and various branches were awarded with various prizes incuding money.
Mr Bijoy John of the Finance Department at the headquarters was adjudged the overall best worker for 2013 for his exemplary work during the year.
Ms Sarah Adamah of the Ofankor branch was named branch employee of the year.
The staff were treated to food and drinks and together, the board and management danced to some Ghanaian musical tunes as part of the merrymaking.
In a brief message, the Chief Executive of the I-Zone, Mr Joseph Okano-Dedey, commended the staff for their hard work and perseverance during a year he described as difficult.
He saluted them for the resilience that made them to surmount the challenges that came their way.
He urged the staff to put in extra effort to meet the new targets they have set and continue to work as a team to attain the overall company objective of increasing sales and enlarging, by two folds, the size of the current share of the market.
