Late Lulu-Briggs: Family meets Friday to plan funeral

Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, son of the late High Chief O.B. Lulu-Briggs whose death in Ghana a year ago has left in its wake a wave of legal entanglements, has issued a statement expressing his happiness that the dispute involving the right of the family to convey their beloved late father’s mortal remains for burial has finally been resolved.

He says he is further assured by his step mother, Seinye Lulu-Briggs’ statement accepting the ruling of the High Court of Ghana, that their father’s ultimate wish that his family would continue strong even after his death, be fulfilled.
